A little superstar made his mark today, bright and very forward going, with lots of character Bevanlee Jive Talk  was not going to let his size stand in the way in the ride off for the Supreme Ridden exhibit of the Hobart Royal Show, up against the impressive hack Fallbrook Eloquence ridden by Joshua Clark who also showed superbly and is a stunning horse, galloway champion Claire Reynolds  Alinda Park Make It Happen always puts on a good show and small pony winner Laura Thomas Rhyl Fancy That who put their  all into the supreme workout which was judged on the circle.  Judges Cath Bradley (Vic) and Elizabeth Tomlinson (NSW) called Anna Humphries  Bevanlee Jive Talk as the Supreme of the Show, and not camera shy at all, he was happy to poise in pretty trying conditions, a lovely pony, who is a delight to watch.

Today was the Open ridden classes and while yesterday was chilling to the bone, today the most incredible wind… enough that the poor ground crew of the showjumping were kept busy putting back up the jumps after each wind gust blew in, just trying to keep the camera steady was an effort and there was a number of shots that went south due to wind basically blowing the camera sideways.  Just makes me wonder what conditions dear old Hobart is thinking up for tomorrow!   read more in Eques Magazine
