RMSJulie Gittoes was this years Shetland judge, never an easy role as the level of ridden Shetlands in Victoria is of such a high standard.

Novice Shetland Pony not over 10.2 hands was won by J & R Gerber’s Kristamoor Lodge Kieran sired by  Gonong Vintage out of  Gracedale Katrina. Shetland Pony, 10 hands and under winner was Emily Machar‘s Carreg Wen Athena,  sire Akeringa Ugo, out of  Otway View Picadilly. Shetland Pony, over 10 hands and not over 10.2 hands won by Emma Richardson’s Oak Park Paramount.

Champion Shetland Pony was Emma Richardson’s Oak Park Paramount and reserve Emily Machar’s Carreg Wen Athena.

Ten Shetlands presented to judge Debby Cheeseman for the Child’s Shetland Pony class, which was won by J & R Gerber’s Chesapeake Park Hunstman ridden by Beth Rowley, 2nd Del-Lee Vixen ridden by Eliza Kerslake, 3rd Olivia Mc Cormack’s Kimba Kneve,   4th J & R Gerber’s Kristamoor Lodge Kieran ridden by Beth Rowley, 5th Naomi Landmeter’s Otway View Catalina ridden by Muirne Reilly, and 6th Bellman & Horspole’s Thorpeville Trendy ridden by Stella Horspole….read more
