The Shetland classes were well supported with a top field of super ponies, the Champion sash went to Victoria Heywood’s Kilpara Park Jumbuck ridden by 9 year old Mia Ozolin, and they teamed up again to take the reserve Champion Child’s Shetland. The reserve open champion Shetland was Kellie Webster’s Kimba Karrue .

Quality ponies stepped out to compete in the novice classes, the stunning black Elizabeth Farm Miss Bassey won the Best Novice Pony, owned by Tonia Taylor. Best Novice Hunter Pony was Georgia Nelson’s Colquhoun Park Reminiscing, a big moving pony that oozed hunter quality.

Elsie Cooper rode Bellgarra Emirants to be sashed Champion Small Show Hunter with reserve going to Broadwater Park Sea Song. Champion Large Show Hunter Pony was Argyl Stud’s Argyl Diamond and Kate Kyros Kolbeach Holly’s Diamond was reserve.

Margot Haynes had Shelley and Chris Pollard’s Carlingford Park Honour High going in such a lovely way to win the Large Pony Championship. Daizi Plumb rode Mirinda Alabaster to take reserve.

Catherine Gale’s petite Newington Tinkerbell won the Small Pony Championship, and Kyros & Universal Stables Braeburn Heavenly Soprano was reserve.

Carmen Jackson’s stunning palomino Elvonara Park Kandyman won the Child’s Show Hunter Pony Championship, with Daizi Plumb’s DP Chocolate as the Reserve Championship.

Mirinda Alabaster ridden by Daizi Plumb won the Champion Child’s Pony, Zara Missen won the Reserve Champion Child’s Pony with Rocky Hill Prince Charming.

Champion Small Pony Newington Tinkerbell

The Novice Galloway classes had some lovely elegant types, it was Emily Dennis riding Kolbeach Holly’s Covers that went on to be sashed the Best Novice Galloway for this year’s show, this stunner is a grandson of the legendary show galloway Covers. While in the novice show hunter hacks it was the regal Shahbria Secret Powers, ridden by Margot Haynes that won the Best Novice Show Hunter Hack award. Avramidis and Osaulenko’s Gentry Park Take Note won the Best Novice Galloway Show Hunter. Best novice Hack was the super elegant Arpels owned by Joh Bailey.

Champion Galloway was Royal Double TT Dream Girl ridden by Ali Berwick, bred by Debbie Thies, Chanele Hunter-Cooke rode Lyn Warburton’s Daisy Patch Soul Star to win the reserve sash. Adam Oliver and Phil Bobic’s lovely hack Legacy was awarded the Champion Hack, with Warren Coyle’s well known hack Entourage as the reserve champion hack.

Show Hunter Galloway winner was Reigal Manolete owned by Emily Murray and Joanne Stewart’s Dreamtime Diva was this year’s reserve. Show Hunter Hack Champion was Rebecca Crane’s Federer and reserve was Terry van Heythuysen ETP la Scala, both lovely bold horses.
